While I am posting about Apple Cider Vinegar here, you may still not be onto the taste so this is a slush (plus what’s better on a hot summer day?) So simple and easy – smallest list of ingredients and of course you’re getting in your ACV and all its healthy benefits!! WIN! There are seriously tons of reasons to incorporate apple cider vinegar into your diet but lets just hit the main points here :

Whip out your blenders ladies here goes nothing.
ICE (about a cup but add as you please)
ABOUT 10 STRAWBERRIES (again add as you please)
AN ENTIRE SQUEEZED LEMON
2-3 TSP OF ACV
ABOUT 1 CUP WATER
and then you just blend baby blend! The lemon completely covers that ACV taste and you can even throw in some natural sweetener if you need!
